Our Story

IN A PICKLE started with a dream to bring more joy by providing a healthier, higher-quality pickle option. Pickles can be so satisfying when done right. Because we value

your well being each jar is crafted with wholesome

ingredients from local, sustainable farmers.
 

We take pride in using a variety of unique produce. Each veggie is hand-picked and cut, stored in a 5-hour ice bath, and preserved in a near 20 ingredient brine to create the best product possible. Our pickles are packed with nutritious benefits because we believe how we take care of ourselves directly attributes to how we nurture the world around us. We strive to always pay it forward by donating a portion of our proceeds to non-profits because our love for helping

others outweighs our love for pickles. 

 

And by we I mean I. I am a one-woman operation on a mission

but more than anything I am grateful that you are here.

Meet The Pickle Lady

My obsession for pickles got me here today. I'll admit it. I'm a pickle fiend. I can't imagine life without 'em. They're crunchy, refreshing, and my favorite part, healthy. I'm a firm believer in the power of good produce (and people) and honored to share my journey with you. I hope to inspire other entrepreneurs to believe in themselves and never give up. When I’m not pickling you can find me teaching yoga to kids/adults, being a cat mom to Dill, Pepper, & Sage, being a foster mom, and pretending I am

a cook on top chef. Welcome home, mi casa es su casa.
